Our company DBA (doing-business-as) Lisaiceland Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates (the “Site”) and we create & publish many platforms, apps, APIs & systems. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of our Sites and/or Apps.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and/or our Apps. By using the Site and/or our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We adhere STRICTLY to GDPR, HIPAA, GCP, ISO GCP and many other self-imposed and regulated compliances at all times.

Subscription Plans & Usage

All paid plans require signup with Organization Name, Full Name and Organization Email. You agree to let us use your information to send you future offers of great products we’re developing, offers and sales. This will be from time to time as we roll out our products and services. We NEVER share, distribute, loan out, rent out or sell, in any way, shape or form, digital or otherwise, your info for any purpose whatsoever. NO EXCEPTIONS. All pricing & subscription plans are based on easy prepaid monthly usage basis only. You must agree to this before proceeding with any subscription plan (Starter, Standard or Premium). Because we’re a company based on our core subscriptions-for-content & software used for AI and other innovative machine-learning, deep-learning and automations workflows features-access and other services rendered, all sales are deemed final. No exceptions.

If there is problem with access to content, we’ll remedy it and any other problems caused from our side.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact Forms and Information Collection and Its Use

While using our sites and/or apps, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).


We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that will be helpful to you. They will ALL be internal communications from us to you ONLY at all times.

How long we retain your data and Analytics


If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We also check manually your data for integrity to make sure it’s not spam or phishing-related data.

Firewalling with MFA and BAAs with major covered entities, partners and vendors to protect HIPAA PHI, ISO GCP, Title 21 CFR Part 11 data and any and all other forms of data we have that are processed in our systems.

What data breach procedures we have in place

If we have breaches, internally or by any partners, we will notify all affected parties and remediate and mitigate all incidents with due diligence, reporting and strict compliance.

What third parties we receive data from

Any data we receive from third parties is ONLY used for the purpose of marketing contacts and any and ALL analytics on such data is on de-identified data. We adhere and force all partners, vendors to abide as well by this clear over-arching rule and established company policy.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We DO NOT automate decision-making and/or profiling of any REAL data we receive from any user on our systems.

Testing Data

We may use dummy data, created internally and NOT from any REAL source for internal testing purposes only.

We are SEC FINRA, HIPAA, ISO GCP and GDPR compliant at this time. We are continuously updating our compliances all the time. We’ll publish them as they are put in place.
