Emails & All Other HIPAA PHI & PII Related Matters
We take active measures approach to protect your information, e.g. email address, from online robot harvesters. We also recommend you encode and alias your email and use it to protect yourself further from online threats and actors conducting themselves online in bad faith for us all. We also connect securely user database systems from many clients partner organizations who give us your info in a de-ID’d form to begin with. Thus no HIPAA PHI or PII is ever passed to us if you’re a contact, trace team member or organization admin. Data for billing is processed with our payments sub-processors and we only save publicly-available organization information for the purpose of generating invoices from our systems.

Please note all subscription purchases are final. Subscription cancellations are allowed at any time. Items purchased are final. Replacements allowed if not working due to product defect. All plans require signup with Full Name and Email. You agree to let us use your information to send you future offers of great products we’re developing, offers and sales. This will be from time to time as we roll out our products and services.
We NEVER share, distribute, loan out, rent out or sell, in any way, shape or form, digital or otherwise, your info for any purpose whatsoever. NO EXCEPTIONS. All pricing & subscription plans are based on easy prepaid monthly usage basis only. You must agree to this before proceeding with any subscription plan (Starter, Standard or Premium). Because we’re a company based on our core subscriptions-for-content & software used for AI and other innovative machine-learning, deep-learning and automations workflows features-access and other services rendered, all sales are deemed final. Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance is a proprietary security standard that is intended to protect customer information for various types of payment cards (credit cards, debit cards, etc.). Any company that accepts, processes, or stores credit card information must be PCI compliant. Failure to comply with PCI security standards can result in heavy fines, restrictions, or permanent expulsion from card acceptance programs.
We support PCI compliance directly through our third-party providers i.e processors/subprocessors like Google, Stripe, Paddle & PayPal who do have PCI-compliant shopping carts that we connect using their secured APIs.
